Our ongoing workshops are facilitated by Celebrated dancer and choreographer, Anisa Tejpar. Anisa is a graduate of Canada's National Ballet School and the Co- Artistic Director of Hit & Run Dance Productions. She is responsible for captivating works including those for The Rolling Stones, the Toronto International Film Festival, the Golden Globe winning feature film Barney’s Version, the pilot of Steven Spielberg’s “Minority Report” - and now, in collaborative community with the DWP Intergenerational Dance Project.
Sarah Robichaud is a classically trained dancer who has performed extensively throughout Canada, Europe and Moscow where she studied at the Bolshoi Ballet School. Sarah is the founder and president of Dancing with Parkinson's.
Robin McPhail-Dempsey is a former dancer with Toronto Dance Theatre and a graduate of The CREATE Institute (Centre for Expressive Arts Therapy Education). She has been facilitating workshops and classes with numerous organizations and community groups since 2005.
Shula Strassfeld recently returned to Toronto after 9 years with the Liz Lerman Dance Exchange, an intergenerational dance company in Washington DC. The company is equally committed to professional performance and to the collaborative creation of work in communities of "unexpected dancers".
Kevin A. Ormsby is the Artistic Director of KasheDance and Adjunct artist with the Dance Exchange (Washington DC).
